		<description>I have never used a video game to work out, mostly because I don&#039;t have the xbox or whatnot necessary, but I&#039;ve definitely been intrigued.  Of course, it&#039;s still work, lol.  Maybe people hope it won&#039;t be so much?  

This post comes at a great time - I had started the Couch to 5K running program this summer, but abandoned it at week 5.  I&#039;ve been missing the exercise - and even personal challenge - so I&#039;m going to try and fit it back into the old routine.  

I may not have an xbox, but I do have a trusty ipod!  The prompts to &quot;run-walk-run&quot; are so great... And it&#039;s nice just to get out there.  Thanks for another great post!</description>
