100 Push Ups Week 5, Day 3

Week 5, Day 3:

Instructed -

45 seconds rest between sets.

Achieved-

Total of 200 push ups today.  Took a few days off because of a day long seminar with Tim Freke on Saturday and a weekend of helping Daisy with her Open Studio.

Test coming up again in a couple of days.  Cheers!
